Question

Let me try again. If someone doesn't cover the food when they put it in the microwave, can you eat food they heat up using the microwave? I am referring to a case when there is no steam left in the microwave, e. g., they used it for dairy at lunch and meat at dinner. Also, why do you say that you should cover either meat or dairy? Why not wrap it entirely so that the sides are not exposed?
