Gyoza Wrappers

Question

Hi, I was wondering if raw pasta products (such as noodles, wonton, and gyoza wrappers) require a heckscher if the ingredients are flour, water, eggs and salt. I thought it might be okay, since the factory must follow FDA guidelines, and I would be the one cooking them. Thanks!

Correct. They are fine. Just like you buy fruits and vegetables without supervision, why should this be any different.... Soon they will require supervision on all fruits & vegetables. AA
