Hair on Shabbat, G-d/Gosh

Question

Kavod HaRav- 1)I know it is permitted to brush your hair on Shabbat unless every stroke will pull out hair, but if my hair very easily falls out- even sometimes when I simply stroke it- is there a problem with brushing/touching my hair on Shabbat?? 2) Is there anything wrong with saying "Oh my G-d" as opposed to "Oh my Gosh"? Thank you!
