Question

Kavod HaRav- In a previous response to a question about shomer negiyah, the Rav stated that the issue of negiyah is "in the Talmud. It's brought down in the Rishonim. The Shulchan Aruch brings it with no argument from the Ram"a." I was wondering exactly where it is written, as I am interested in learning it. Thank you!
