hair pulling

Question

kavod harav, i have allways been under the impression (maybe wrong) that a big issue with washing one's hair on shabbat is that hair gets pulled out and it is intentional because it is inevitable. Am i incorrect? Or is it ok to pull out hair on shabbat? thanks again!

The hair doesn't always get pulled out. Therefore it is not a problem. CYA
