Question

What should I do if I say Hamapil and ca'nt fall asleep?

It's not a problem. You can talk after you say "Hamapil." (The blessing said before bed) You should not talk after saying Shema before bed, however, if you want to, or you can't fall asleep, then just say it again later. AA
