Shaatnez

Question

Is it proper to return a suit to the store once you find that it contains shaatnez, without sewing up the entry holes that were made by the shaatnez lab?

If it was bought from a Jew, that sold it as non-Shaatnez, then give it back as-is. If it was bought from a regular store, then it should be sown back, if it can be exactly as it was before, or otherwise it should not be returned, since you cut it up. AA
