Question

If one has high blood sugar, and lives alone, is there anyway that he doesn't have to say kiddush on grape juice? Cause drinking it would make his blood sugar level go up. What about arba kosos for pesach?

If i'm not mistaken, the person can drink dry wine. Am I wrong? AA
