Hametz

Question

1. My in-laws are not religoius (and didn't sell their hametz). Does this mean that I now can't eat any hametz at their house? 2. Is it really necessary to wait until the Rav buys back the hametz before eating it? Is the goy really makpid on this?

1. yup, wait till you would be able to assume that under normal circumstances, they got new chametz. You don't have to be 100% sure. CYA
