hametz mamash

Question

If I were to hold on to a box of wheat germ and sell it before Pesach, would it be considered selling hametz mamash? How about plain bulgur wheat or a box of Taboule mix (bulgur wheat and spices)?

No big difference when selling Chametz, what type of Chametz. Better not to sell at all. AA
