kvod harav, thanks for keeping us informed about hebrew national. 1.Since glatt doesn't apply to chicken, can a ashkenazi eat HN chicken? 2.In many European communities that aren't strict about having glatt due to availability, can they eat HN meat in the U.S., or must they now be makpid because it is now available for them? Thanks

1) Yes, & Empire, too. 2) Whomever can eat Glatt, should eat it. AA
