hebrew national

Question

did i understand that hebrew national, both, chicken, and meat / sausages, hot dogs...was fine? can one eat bruschetta (plain diced tomatoes on top of bread) in a non-kosher italian restaurant? can one eat cheeseless / meatless (obviously) pizza, baked in an open (no door / you can look right inside and see what's doing), real woodburning stove, that is made of thin pizza crust, veggies (no broccoli or bug related stuff) and anchovies, in a non-kosher italian restaurant. They told me that all veggies are marinated in olive oil and salt only?

1) Yes, but the meat is not Glatt (for those who adhere to Glatt) 2) As long as they tell you no animal derivatives. 3) If the oven is clean and the ingredients are fine, then it is OK. AA
