hilchot niddah

Question

i have read your fathers book on the laws of niddah and my wife has accepted the practice to do her bedikot of the sheva' n'kiyim on the first and last days of the seven. if a woman did not wear white underwear during part of these seven days and her bed sheets as well were not solid white does that nullify any of the "clean days"?
