holiday gifts

This question is relevant to this time of year: a)Is it mutar to buy a nonkosher holiday gift for a non-Jewish coworker or employee? it seems assur bc you are modeh to their holiday or is it just general goodwill ? b) Is one allowed to accept a non-Kosher gift in general ? what about for chrismas etc ? c) Would there be a different din for wine than food for all of the above? thank you
