hot water
Question
in a previous post you say it is grama when cold water enters the heater on shabbat when you turn your hot water faucet on. so why does it matter if the temp is 125 or greater? does it matter if it is a home or apartment building?
Answer
Answered by Chaim Yisrael AbadiIf it is less than 125, the cold water is not getting cooked when it comes in. Then it is only a question of grama on the fire or electric, which is the same as opening a refridgerator. No difference, as long as it is 125 or less. CYA
