Question

Does your father have a Teshuva about the water if yes please email it

There is no specific Teshuva. It is a simple P'sak. If you are able to see the bugs in the water, it is assur. If not, it is muttar. Tonight I saw the bugs at Rabbi Gissinger's house. I am going to do some more research and discuss with my father. CYA
