Hot water on Shabbat

Question

When you turn on the hot water on Shabbat, why don't we say that the water that enters the boiler and then gets heated is a pesik reisha de lo nicha leih, and thus permitted?

Maybe! But not official yet. It has a lot of merit, but my father is still working on that decision. Keep your eyes glued here. I'm glad someone's in full focus. AA
