Hot water urn

Question

Rabbi, In refference to the hot water urns that have a manual pump. How do you handle the situation when you do not get enough hot water with one push of the pump? Can I pump again into the same cup, which is now a keli sheni? Or perhaps since the water is almost at the same temperature as in the urn, then pumping right away is OK? Thank you
