Question

k'vod haRav CYA, I understand that wedding rings are muttar for men, I happily wear mine. I was confused by Rav AA's post that hats weren't permitted on Shabbat as per S'A 301? (there are a lot of men at our knis, including the rabbi,that wear hats on Shabbat).
