> That Dunkin Donuts (on Burnside) is under the vaad of the five towns, and inside there are signs instructing Jews who wish to eat eggs to turn on the microwave oven themselves (the egg and cheese sandwhiches are all microwaved) The staff us fully cooperative. _Everything_ sold in the store is kosher. What's the matter with this correspondant? Does he not trust the Vaad of the 5 Towns? Is he unable to read signs?

The Vaad, I assume, comes by on Shabbat to watch that there is no ham in the food. Someone is watching that the cheese is Kosher. Who checks the Broccoli? How do they clean the Broccoli from bugs? Are we content with just eating anything anywhere, without worrying about it, assuming that if there is a problem, blame it on the Vaad? AA
