Dear Rabbi Abadi, You recently responded to SS's question: If you see grape juice on the ingredients of something, is it ever a problem?

No. AA 1. Is this because all commercial grape juice is mevushal? 2. Is this also true of mevushal wine as an ingredient? 3. What about grape juice or wine for drinking? 4. What about for kiddush? Thank you.
