Kavod L'Rav, Can you kindly tell me if or where the permissibility of Kameahs is discussed in the Sulchan Aruch? thank you for your time.

Hilchot Shabbat discusses carrying a Kameah on Shabbat. Actual use of a Kameah may be a lack of Bitachon in many cases. Before seeing a "Mekubal," see a qualified Talmid Chacham who can direct you in the proper path, so as to avoid needing the Mekubal. AA
