kosher food cooked by a non religious jew

Question

Dear Rabbi, I have a question arising from your answer of an earlier question by Josh. If a person's mother is not religous and does not keep kosher, can the son eat kosher food cooked by her. She uses pirex in such cases. If not permissable, do you have the guidelines for how she can make food that her son can eat? Thank you for your time.

It's OK, as long as the ingredients are Kosher. AA This is the correct one.
