Milchig in St Lucia - update

Question

Dear Rabbi I wanted to write and thank you for your inciteful advice to me regarding eating in St. Lucia. The meals were delicious - I put the pot on the stove. The delightful fish meals were very tasty (and hopefully kosher). I got thinking though about all the wonderful liquors and mixed drink I had and wondered if they were kosher. Oh well, they sure tasted good. Thanks again, Rabbi, for your council.
