Living in a building with automatic doors

Question

I know you've answered similar questions for hotels, but what about in your main residence? My wife and I are moving into JTS housing and the lobby has an electronic sensor that sets off an electronic buzz every time you walk through. What can we do about this? I don't want to have to ask the doorman to ealk through or wait for someone else to walk through every shabbat for the next few years (if either of those are even solutions). What are our options if we have to live there?
