makeup on shabbos

Is any of the powder makeup that they sell as"shabbos makeup" ok to use on shabbos? can i use clear lipgloss or chapstick on shabbos? send regards and mazel tov on your new niece. chaya

No Shabbos Makeup on Shabbos..... Lipgloss Yes, not chapstick... Thanks AA
