Question

You mention that either meat or dairy must be covered in a microwave. I think the answer to the following question will me to just 'act reasonably,' but I got to ask it anyway. To what extent does lasagna, for example, need to be covered? Is it sufficent to place a napkin or papertowel on top of it? Or must the plate that the lasagna is on be sealed, so that no cheese or sauce can fly out, which it can when it is being heated in a microwave? Thanks

It needs to be covered so that nothing will fall on it from the top of the microwave. It does not have to be sealed. CYA
