something parve cooked in dairy pan

kavod haRav, I read some earlier questions regarding the cooking of something parve in a dairy pan being considered parve. Is this also the case if the parve item was fried in the dairy pan? (If it is then considered parve, then it can therefore be eaten with meat with no concerns?) Please excuse the ponderous nature of my question. thank you for your time and kol hakavod
