milk and meat

Question

mdoraita mixtures of milk and meat is unkosher in quantities greater than batel beshishim [taste]. does this mean the specific taste of milk or meat or any taste enhanced by these products? does this concept of taste also apply to other mixtures of nonkosher products mdoraita?

Only the taste of meat, milk or anything unkosher can make a food unkosher. The fact that milk or meat in a product enhances another ingredient, but the milk or meat is less than a 60th, has no bearing on the product. CYA
