Dear Rabbi: If a group of people come late to Schul on Friday night and make a late Minyan for Minha--say 5 minutes before sunset--should they pray Minha out loud(Kol Ram) without full Hazara or should they pray Minha with a full Hazara knowing that they will finish after sunset? Praying Kol Ram will allow the group to join the larger minyan that began on time.
