nail polish

Question

My history teacher is jewish but not observant and unaffiliated with torah observency. He wears nailpolish, which, as far as i know, is meant soley for women. 1)is there a problem with this 2)i know that telling him will just embarass him and likely would accomplish nill. but should i tell him anyway? Completely unrelated, and i'm not sure why i'm asking, but may women put nail polish on on shabbat.

1) there is nail polish for men. Not pink or purple, but rather a subtle clearish type. 2) If he is not observant, nail polish is the least of his problems, and it would be silly to say anything. 3) No AA
