I think you may have misunderstood my citing of artscroll. I was attempting to display to you that the vendor may not be willing to sell you the rights to photocopying, even for personal use. Artscroll is telling us that what they are selling us may not be photocopied - they did not sell that aspect of it.

Again, it depends on the local law. If they have a right to enforce that, then it's an issue, but if it's just meaningless words, you can ignore it. AA
