natural cough medicine

Kevod Harav, My cleaning lady brought me a natural cough syrup made from watercress, onions, radishes, honey, omega 3 and omega 6. It also says reinforced with natural vitamins and proteins. It is produced by Alopecil Corporation, C. x A. It is made in the Dominican Republic. Ind. Reg. #17590. Is there any problem with kashrut for this product? (I would like to try it for my child as soon as possible) Thank you!
