Nestle baking chocolate

Question

The nestle Toll House unsweetened chocolate that is on the list is marked ou d but only lists as its ingredients unsweetened chocolate processed with alkalai. Is it parve?

some of their products have dairy so they mark anything made on the same machine dairy, but it is pareve if it has no dairy ingredient. CYA
