Question

Is there a chiyuv to wash your hands 3 times each with a cup in the morning? What about after using the bathroom- do you have to use kli? Thank you for your time and everything you do for the klal. Ksivah V'chasimah tovah.

Yes in the morning when you wake up. Other times do not need a kli (utensil) CYA
