Netilat Yadayim

Question

Rabbi, After waking up in the morning, does one fulfil the mitzvah of netilat Yadayim if he washes without a kli? Can he just wash with the sink, and make beracha natilat yadayim and fulfil the mitzvah? Thank You Rabbi.

He should use a Keli (cup). AA
