Question

How come your father's conclusion in his teshuvah on dam betulim (in the sefer) isn't reflected in the Niddah pamphlet?

The pamphlet was put out many years prior to the Teshuva being printed, and if it was put into the pamphlet, it would have been banned by..... AA
