Question
Happy Afternoon Rabbi, If a shop-keeper makes a mathematical error that leaves me with $100 of his money, What is the Jewish Law about giving mack the money if the shopkeeper is: 1) Jewish and religious? 2) Jewish and non-religious? 3) Non-Jewish? thank you: Stew!
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiA non-religious Jew is for all purposes considered like a non-Jew and often worse. I'd prefer to avoid creating issues. If there is a specific situation, feel free to email me. AA
