norelco shaver,kashrut in israel and t'naim

Hello Rabbi i just have a couple of questions that ive asked many rabbis about but have gotten skechy answers...im pretty sure i wont have that problem with you: 1)i heard that the norelco shavers that have a specail blade called the "lift and cut" blade (and just about every new norelco shaver has it) is a problem with the aisur of putting a knife to you face is this true? (Ive heard from my rav that according to Rav shlomo zalman Orbach if you already have the shaver you can use it but le'chatchila you shoudnt buy one) 2)ive been in israel a little while and there are so many kashruts (for example the badtz of certain communities or the rabanut of certain places in israel) are they all okay, or some ok,how exactly does it work? 3)if i sell a person something on a condition for example:" you may buy it from me as long as you dont make a copy it of it" and the person buys it then isnt he according to halacha binded by this t'nai. I undersatnd that in choshen mispat it never speaks about copyright laws, but when you buy this cd,or cassette your agreeing to this t'nai so therefore you have to hold by it, or not? 1) All electric shavers are OK. They all have a screen not allowing the blade to go directly against your skin, also saving you from serious injury.... 2) For dairy & Pareve you can usually rely on any Rabanut in Israel. You barely need a Hashgachah to begin with. It's easy just to confirm that there is no lard, or meat, etc. The milk & cheese is all Chalav Yisrael.... For Meat, I don't know. ask my father in Har Nof, when you're there. 3) It's not so simple.... AA
