Rabbi does your fathers sefer address all the details and the mahloketim with the scroll project? and has your father consulted with any sephardi posekim like rav Ovadia Yosef and Rav Modecahi Eliyahu concerning the matter?

1) Yes 2) Yes he discussed it with Rabbi Mordechai Eliyahu prior to embarking on the project. Rabbi Eliyahu was skeptical about the ability to produce such a process, but said that if it could be done, it would be 100% Kosher LeMehadrin. Rabbi Yosef is hard to reach in the recent years due to internal politics within his people. AA
