papertowels on yomtov

Question

I fry on Yom Tov wontons rolled up with vegetables in them. To absorb the oil would I be allowed to put papertowels on a pan and put the just fried wontons on them? The papertowels I can cut before Yom Tov. Thanks for your time even on Chol Hamoed!!
