Sukkah on grass
Question
We bought those 2' x 2' cement tiles at Home Depot for a couple of dollars each and laid them down in the backyard (a few months ago). Not only do we have an inexpensive cement "slab" for the Sukkah but it is a nice patio to sit out on all year. We didn't even bother to level them, the first rain does a fine job and now they are in the ground as solidly as any slab that had been "poured". As a kid think I remember using that nylon "astro turf" that was very inexpensive. Plywood has gotten very high (at least here in FL where it is in high demand) and once it gets wet, it is hard to store without mold. Hope this helps.
Answer
Answered by Aaron AbadiI needed this advice a week ago, while I was screwing plywood into 2 x 4's. Ok. Next year we have a plan. Thanks AA
