Perugina Chocolates by Nestle

Question

At the Jewish organization I work for, we received a box of "Perugina" chocolates as a gift. I was asked to find out if these are kosher. There is no hashgacha on the box. It is made by Nestle (NestleEuropeanChocolate.com). The ingredients are: sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, sweetened condensed milk, chocolate, milk, palm oil, almonds, glucose syrup, hydrogenated vegetable oil, breakfast cocoa, milkfat, cocoa processed with alkali, coffee, emulsifiers (soy lechitin and monoglycerides), natural and artificial flavors, nonfat milk, ground deflavored vanilla bean, salt, rice starch. Is this kosher or not?
