Is Heinz vinegar OK to use for Pesach? Quinoa isn't one of the five grains - can it be used on Pesach? Is Nasoya Tofu kosher for Pesach? Miriam

Answered by Aaron Abadi1) Heinz Wine Vinegar, Distilled White Vinegar and Apple Cider Vinegar are good for all for Pesach. 2) Yes (certainly for Sephardim). 3) The following Nasoya Tofu are OK: Extra Firm Firm Soft Silken Lite Firm Lite Silken Garlic Onion Stay away from Chinese Spice, since it contains wheat.
