Question

You wrote that one should stay far away from philosophy. What exactly does this mean? Does this mean that one should only have blind faith? Isn't the difference between us and the other religions that we don't just believe in blind faith? Would reading the chovos halvavos shaar hayichud be asur?

It would depend on each person exactly what they need to clarify their faith, and then they should put that issue aside and spend the time learning the laws & requirements. AA
