Plates
Question
Yoreh Deah 91:2 (and see Shakh) seem to say that you can't use plates of a non-kosher catererer with your kosher meal (if e. g., you are at a non-kosher affair and they bought you a kosher meal). This seems to be the halakhah even though we say that keli sheni is not bolea. Please clarify this halakhah and if we accept what the Rama says. Thank you.
