Question

You wrote that a swimming pool is OK for a mikvah if the water is not brought with a keli. If you fill up a pool with a hose, would that be OK?

Depending on where the water comes from to your house. If the water is from a well, it's OK. If it comes from the local reservoir, you'd need to follow the process and confirm that there are no Keilim involved. Although it would be really strange to have a Keli involved. AA
