Question

If Broccoli or dill.... is chopped in a blender then it's OK? thought chopped bugs were not good either?

If the bugs are "not complete," they become Batel. These bugs are so miniscule, that they only become "not complete" when really grinding it very fine. If you do this in order to be Mevatel the bugs, then it is not good, because "Ain Mevatlin Issur LeChatchilah." But if the recipe calls for a ground broccoli, for example, for cream of brocolli soup, then it is OK. AA
