potatop chips

Question

are raw potatoes fitting for a kings table? if not can you still eat potatoe chips from none kosher companies? also can you eat a buttered bagel if it was cut from a deli section and buttered there from like shoprite or any supermarket?

1) Packaged items do not come under the laws of Bishul Akum (cooking of a non-Jew) I'm not sure how "raw" potatoes fits here?! 2) Yes AA
