1 Why isn't lining a crockpot with tinfoil not a problem of hatmana? 2 Is Star K an acceptable hechsher for frozen spinach? 3 Is it permitted to copy software and\or music CDs?

1) To be Hatmanah, it must be completely covered. 2) We try not to get involved in politics. 3) If it is illegal, then it is not allowed. Ask a lawyer.... AA
